We are currently looking for a full-time
EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) DISPOSITION AND SERVICE PLANNING
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Customer service and dispatching of locomotives
- In this role, you are the first point of contact for all service issues for our customers
- You will manage the recording and scheduling coordination of faults in cooperation with customers, technical specialists and service providers
- You will work closely with all internal interfaces through regular coordination
- You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and documenting the maintenance and repair of locomotives
- You will manage order placement and order tracking with our external workshop partners
- You will also be responsible for monitoring maintenance deadlines based on our ERP system
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have successfully completed training in a technical field or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have already gained some relevant professional experience in the field of service / scheduling / work preparation, e.g. in the rail, air transportation, freight forwarding / logistics sectors.
- You have a high technical affinity and an interest in rail vehicles.
- You have a very good command of English . Knowledge of German would also be an advantage.
- A structured, independent and responsible way of working is a matter of course for you.
- Your strong customer and service orientation round off your profile.
